Today's buildings place seemingly conflicting demands on the building envelop. Building codes, the owner's budget, the architect's design, the structural design and the environment all dictate requirements the facade needs to meet. In today's fast track methodology the construction schedule allows limited time to study all these requirements and determine their affects on each other. Life and safety concerns require the facade to rack or rotate without self destructing and falling from the building. The budget allows only so much of the building cost to be devoted to the facade, and the aesthetic design of the building still needs to be cleanly expressed. We have experience finding solutions to all of these concerns. The learning has been at times painful but these are lessons we bring to your project.
